1. Sponsor
The Dimpled Daisy “Win Daisy” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Mast & Co / The Dimpled Daisy Photo Booth, Fair Play, South Carolina (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sippin’ in Simpsonville, the Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce, or any social media platform on which the Sweepstakes may be promoted, unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Owners, employees, officers, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 11, 2026 at 5:30 PM Eastern Time and ends on September 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s electronic entry system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting the official Sweepstakes entry page through the designated QR code or published Sweepstakes URL and completing and submitting the required entry form.
No purchase, payment, booking, entry fee, sales presentation, or proof of purchase is required to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s reasonable discretion.
Normal internet or mobile data charges imposed by an entrant’s service provider may apply. Such charges are not imposed by or paid to Sponsor.
5. Prize
Number of prizes: One (1).
One (1) winner will receive one three-hour Shasta Photo Booth Experience from The Dimpled Daisy Photo Booth.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,150.
The prize includes the services and features ordinarily included in Sponsor’s three-hour Shasta Photo Booth Experience, together with standard travel within thirty (30) miles of Fair Play, South Carolina.
The prize may be redeemed without any purchase or payment to Sponsor by selecting an eligible event location within the included travel area and an eligible event date for which Sponsor has availability.
If the winner chooses an event location more than thirty (30) miles from Fair Play, South Carolina, the winner will be responsible for Sponsor’s applicable travel fee for travel beyond the included thirty-mile area. Any applicable travel fee will be disclosed to and agreed upon by the winner before the event is booked. Selecting an event outside the included travel area is optional and is not required to redeem the prize.
Any upgrades, additional hours, customizations, additional services, or other items not included in the standard three-hour Shasta Photo Booth Experience are optional and may be purchased separately at the winner’s election.
The prize is subject to Sponsor’s availability. Peak dates, holidays, and high-demand Saturdays, including Saturdays during peak wedding season, may have limited availability or additional booking restrictions. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preferred event date but cannot guarantee availability on any particular date.
If the winner’s requested date is unavailable or restricted, the winner may select another eligible available date within the prize redemption period.
The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. The prize may not be applied retroactively to an event booked before the winner is notified of selection.
The prize may not be combined with another discount, promotional offer, credit, or giveaway unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.
The prize is non-transferable except with Sponsor’s prior written approval.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Travel: The prize includes travel to an event location within thirty (30) miles of Fair Play, South Carolina.
If the winner chooses an event location more than thirty (30) miles from Fair Play, South Carolina, a travel fee of $2.00 per mile for each mile beyond the included thirty (30) miles will apply. The $2.00-per-mile rate accounts for round-trip travel; the mileage will not be doubled when calculating the travel fee.
For event locations 180 miles or more from Fair Play, South Carolina, the winner will also be responsible for the reasonable cost of one (1) overnight hotel stay for The Dimpled Daisy Photo Booth, in addition to the applicable mileage fee. Hotel accommodations must be located within a reasonable distance of the event venue and approved by The Dimpled Daisy Photo Booth prior to booking.
Choosing an event location outside the included thirty-mile travel area is entirely optional. The prize may be redeemed without payment of a travel or lodging fee by selecting an eligible event location within thirty (30) miles of Fair Play, South Carolina and an eligible event date for which Sponsor has availability.
Any applicable travel or lodging charges will be disclosed to and agreed upon by the winner before the event is booked.
6. Booking and Redemption
The winner must complete the booking process for the prize on or before December 31, 2026.
The event for which the prize is redeemed must occur on or before December 31, 2027.
All prize bookings are subject to Sponsor’s availability, these Official Rules, and The Dimpled Daisy Photo Booth’s standard service agreement and reasonable event policies.
Winning the Sweepstakes does not automatically reserve an event date. An event date is considered reserved only after the winner has completed Sponsor’s required booking documentation and Sponsor has confirmed the reservation.
The winner will not be required to pay a booking fee, retainer, or other charge to redeem the prize as awarded within the included travel area.
Failure to complete the required booking process by December 31, 2026 may result in forfeiture of the prize, provided Sponsor has made the prize reasonably available for redemption in accordance with these Official Rules.
7. Random Drawing and Odds of Winning
One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about September 14, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
For example, if 500 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning are 1 in 500.
8. Potential Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the Sweepstakes entry form.
The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after Sponsor sends the initial winner notification.
Before being confirmed as the official winner, Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify eligibility, identity, acceptance of the prize, and compliance with these Official Rules.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required forty-eight-hour period, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may forfeit the prize. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will not require the potential winner to provide a credit card number, bank account information, or payment as a condition of being confirmed as the winner or claiming the prize as awarded.
9. Public Announcement and Publicity
Sponsor will not publicly identify a potential winner until eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.
Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state in connection with announcing the results of the Sweepstakes.
Acceptance of the prize does not by itself grant Sponsor unlimited rights to use the winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, or other personal content for advertising or promotional purposes. Sponsor may request separate permission for additional promotional use where appropriate.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whom Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, circumvent the one-entry limitation, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, government action, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if practicable, award the prize through a random drawing from eligible entries received before the affected time.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
Information submitted for Sweepstakes entry will not automatically enroll an entrant in Sponsor’s promotional email marketing.
Promotional communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and the entrant’s selections on the entry form.
13. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
